The Healthcare Association of Forsyth County (HCA) is a business unit of the Cumming Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce. One of the fastest-growing and influential industry sectors in Forsyth County is the healthcare industry. The HCA is a collective voice for current healthcare issues affecting Forsyth County and provides a conduit for information and resources to ensure the highest quality of healthcare to meet the needs of those living and working in our community.
Classes/Seminars— HCA holds business related classes/seminars to highlight topics and issues that will help doctors and physicians grow their business and keep them up to date with cutting edge information.
Networking Events— HCA holds two annual networking events throughout the year. "Jazz in June" in the summer and "The Mingle Jingle" in December. Both events bring community healthcare providers together for networking.
Envision a Fit Forsyth— HCA has developed The Boulder Dash 5k run/walk and corporate challenge to bring the healthcare and business communities together to emphasize the Envision a Fit Forsyth program focusing on community health and wellness.
Public Policy/Advocacy—HCA is at the forefront in discussion on healthcare issues and topics that affect the public as a whole and holds an annual meeting on the State of Healthcare.
